Heating Water

I haven't bought any solar kit yet. I want to charge 420Ah of batteries on a boat and I have a Mastervolt Combi, Inverter, Charger 12v/1500/65. Space limits me to 2X150W to 200W panels mounted on the side rails. I want the opportunity to wire them in series or parallel, I also want to load divert to an 800W 220Vac water heater. How do I do it what kit do I need?

Not sure why you are looking here for answers. Without Victron equipment involved, no one knows what your brands need.
