Victron Multiplus not charging (Batrium) battery during scheduled charge

I'm just setting up my home storage battery but am struggling to identify why my multiplus isn't charging my battery.

I've successfully got the Batrium BMS talking to the Venus GX over CAN, which communicates a charge voltage (50V) and current (10A). The Victron system has the Batrium recognised as the battery monitor.
If I schedule a charge at say 12:00, the Multiplus will go into ESS Scheduled charge mode but not charge my battery. I'm probably missing something or more likely several things - any ideas?

I HAVE had the system 'charging' when I used the ESS assistant to set a sustain voltage of 50V, but this was too high for my battery so have now set it to 42V

Hi @Homestorage_77

To get any meaningful answers you'll have to give more information, like DVCC settings, BMS parameters (as listed in the GX device), ve.bus state, etc.

for support of Batrium BMS specifics you might be better off on a Batrium forum or facebook group (not sure wether there are other Batrium users reading here)

Thanks for the response @Daniël Boekel (Victron Energy Staff), I'm still learning so appreciate the feedback.

As far as the Batrium goes, it's sending the following info, so can't see how it would be restricting a charge - surely it's entirely down to the Victron components to decide if a charge should occur or not?

As for DVCC settings, how should I decide what to use here? I've got the following things set;

Not sure how to determine VE.bus state, does this answer that?
