"Hissing" BlueSmart IP67 12/25

Just installed a BlueSmart IP67 12/25 Charger...I noticed when Bulk charging there is a slight sound that all I can think of to describe is "hissing"... as if you imitated a snake with your mouth. Not super loud, but noticeable.

Totally silent in other modes.

Is that normal?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

That would be the sound of switching electronics.

I have the same model at home. I do hear it mostly in bulk when it is working hard. Have had it for more than a year with no problems.

It is also more pronounced when the charger is warm.
