Venus GX - No Remote Console Animation?

I have the following connected:


Venus GX

MPPT with battery and solar panels

BMV-712


All are connected and working fine. However the remote control on the GX is not showing the animation of where the current is flowing like I see on all the examples. The Blue interconnecting lines just stay static.


Is there a config item or trick to get them to work?

There is a threshold below which the animation freezes. I think it's on the order of 20-30 watts.
