So here is my multi control connected up to an old 19xx multiplus which is plugged into the mains. Annoyingly, although it's reading the info correctly from the multiplus, the switch doesn't work. It won't turn on or off remotely at all. It used to work last year though. Thoughts?
Have you got anything else connected to the VE BUS,
I presume you have tried a new cable.
as a off chance is the overrule by remote control turn on/ ticked when using the Ve Config app on the computer also when using the VE config app can you turn the multiplus on and off using thats digital control panel ???? ( this should only affect the power assist feature anyway but worth a try)
