I've got a 24V set of Fusion Traction for a my offgrid house in WA

I understand its a 27V float
What about Absorption, max Time, Equalization
My understanding is these batteries require no top up even though the cap comes off??
Am trying to get a hold of Fusion directly, but there is no answer and the email doesn't work

What should I set the charge at?
The retailer has told me they never require filling as they don't gas.
He also informed me they never need go above 27V?
I've only ever used flooded lead acid so this is seriously alien to me.
