VEConfigure 3 does not detect Multiplus 24-3000-70 with MK3

I am trying to configure a Multiplus 24-3000-70 (from around 2007, firmware 18xxxxx) with VEConfigure3 (latest version, updated today) using a Victron Interface MK3 to USB on Windows 10. After launching VEConfig and during the auto detect process, it displays "MK3 detected" but the Multiplus is not detected. I already tried both the female UTP connectors on the Multiplus. The Multiplus is working properly otherwise, any hints on how to proceed?

@FGarcia A MultiPlus with a controlboard with 18xx is old and does not work with VEBus but with VE9bit. The MK3 does not support VE9bit. You need a MK2 to program the Multi
