Smart BatteryProtect VE.Smart Network

Is there anyway to link the Smart BatteryProtect into a VE.Smart Network?
I was hoping to be able to trigger it from the SmartShunt at a specific state of charge.

Thanks!

No not that I am aware, and the SmartShunt does not have a relay to trigger the BatteryProtect either.
To trigger on SOC you could consider a (smart) BMV.

If you do not mind me asking; Why do you need to trigger a BP on SOC (alone)?

It's also a shame that battery protect can't reed battery temperature from battery sense and disconnect the charger with over temperature.

@Fra you could use a Normally Closed thermal switch glued to your battery.

@Fra use in place (or added in series) with the switch (or std link).

Yes please. It's What i meant to say.

In any case, don't you find it a real shame that battery protect can't use a battery sense over the bluetooth network?

Having a Smart communication system and not exploiting its full potential.
