I have solar installation with two inverters wired from the same battery bank. Can I use the venus relay to turn on and off one of the inverters on a schedule as with the generator function?

Yes, give it lots of test running the generator for that. 10h of running every day starting 0800h for example. Doing something similar. Even has an hour meter for statistics.
Only one on and off per day possible and only one time stamp and duration overall possible. Limited selection of reoccurence options but every day is possible.
