Bulk time limit reached Skylla 12/60 fault - remote reset?

I have a Skylla IP44 12/60 charger that has fault for bulk time limit exceeded. The fault trigger is not unexpected per se, as the battery bank was very low and only one of our pair of chargers was active. However, the unit is now in a fault state and not charging.

Is there a method of remotely clearing the fault, so the unit will continue charging again?
