I have 11 OFF Grid system with 3 KVA EasySolar + 400 Ah or 800 Ah in different systems installed from 1-2 years, the problem is The SOC of 9 sites is stuck in 85 % (float )

It reaches 100 % but after time it backs to 85 % So what is the problem?
What are the charging voltage settings of the Multi, and the MPPTs?
Are any of the sites on VRM?
The behaviour you describe is explained by the answers in the question you linked, so the first thing I have to check is that you have followed those instructions correctly, as that should correct the issue.
