Venus GX update every 15 minutes ?

Hi,

just wondering why the Venus GXonline update is set to 15 minutes and is there anyway to improve this, 15 minutes is way tooooo slow when trying to remotely diagnose problems.

Is it possible to remotely monitor a system with real time updates ?

You can change the log interval down to 1 minute in Settings > VRM online portal > Log interval

You can also monitor semi-live using VRM remote console (providing you have a decent/good internet connection at both ends)
