5/48 Multiplus2 Overload and temprature LED solid

Good day


I have a 5/48 Multiplus 2 with 4 x us2000 pylontech batteries connected.


I cannot get the inverter on, it keeps showing a solid OVERLOAD and TEMPRATURE LED?


What can cause this?


This is an Off Grid system
