Use VE.Smart and VE.Direct at the same time

I'm looking at trying to build out a system that includes BT only and some that support VE.Direct cables. Is it possible to have a device(Venus or etc) to bridge both VE.Smart and VE.Direct to VRM?

No.

For now VE.Smart and VE.direct are quite distinct, and there is no supported pathway to go from VE.Smart to VRM.

So if I have a boat with a BMV-712, is there a way to get the data to VRM that can be in the weather?

RV is an easier option since that will have a GX or GX Touch to send to VRM and the House would have GX or GX Touch too. Is it possible to Raspberry Pi to send BMV-712 to the VRM via bluetooth?
