It doesn't have the option as far as I can tell, it's only does normal Celcius units.

Perhaps this could be added as a feature request for future firmware updates.

I would definitely like to see this get added to Venus OS in the near future. It would also be great to be able to see temp in F in the VRM portal. Folks who use celsius don't realize how meaningless C tends to be to those of us stuck on F, unless it's "0 degrees" C, haha.

@Stephen Otto You can now change VRM to Fahrenheit. You can set it from your profile settings
