Why is a 50 Amp Buck Boost charging at 10 Amps

I have a 50 amp buck boost connected to a 12 V Euro 5 alternator on input and 200 Ah of 12 V lithium Battery on output. Buck boost charges battery at about 10 amp regardles of engine revs. Battery will accept 60 Amps from shore powered mulit-compact. Any ideas what problem could be?

Connect you PC, start TSConfig and take a look at the monitor (#1-9) and the settings.
Maybe #31 is active and limits the output current.
