After a long day of research, i did not find any way to set programmable relay state at certain time (like set on at 8:00am and off at 11:00am), is there such function?
Generator assistant does seem to have such function but it is not suitable for my needs since i want connect up a load instead of charging.

The generator assistant is indeed the one that gives this control.
It is fine to connect another relay to drive the load (for a load) to the control relay, and have it driven by the generator relay control. What I mean is you can't connect the load directly to the relay itself, only use that to drive another larger contacting relay.
As long as the Detect AC feature is disabled, then it doesn't matter if the result of the relay programming is a load or a charge source.

Thing is generator assistant only offers setting condition when baterry is low, which i cannot combine with load conditions whitch are also unchangeable. These two settings do contradict since i want to start extra load only when battery is fully charged and loads are below 600watts.
