Victron Bleu Solar mppt 100/50 strings/parallel loss

I have 2 strings of 2. So 2x2. 4 panels of 270watt 31volt

as a test i found out: On 1 of the 2 separate strings i get max 16,8 amps per string in my 24v/750amp battery bank, same result for both strings.

On the 2 strings together i get max 28amp. The 2 strings are connected parallel. Why i don't get 2 x 16,8 =33,4 amps?

Is this 20% loss normal? How can i get the max amps out of the 2 strings without buying a extra mppt 100/50?

Thanks, Marco.

Hi @Marco

What is the battery voltage when you test this? And did you test string no.2 separately to make sure it gives the same power as no. 1?
