New VRM user and I haven't received an invite link from my installer

Our Estate had a Victron solar system installed.


Our supplier(MyEcoFuture South Africa) asked our email addresses and phone numbers, my colleagues received emails but I never received a invite key or link. I registered myself on the portal but cannot find our installation. Please assist.

Hi @amberfieldglen@gmail.com. Most likely they didn’t add you to the system yet, or they got the email address wrong. Best would be to follow up with them directly.
