I will have the algorithm set to Lithium and I have three outputs from the charger. Would it be possible using one output charging Lithium house bank and next one charging AGM start battery? Anybody with know-how would be appreciated!

Once set to Lithium, the charging algorithm is applied to all three outputs. Since the Lithium algorithm has a shorter absorption phase, the AGM battery will not get charged to 100%. Beside that AGM need a different charging profile in terms of voltage.
