Internal Wi Fi problem of Venus GX.

A Venus GX was acquired for an isolated photovoltaic installation of 1.08 kWp, before it showed on the cell phone the Wi-Fi network that Venus has incorporated, but throughout the day it has not shown any network, what should I do ?, thank you very much.
