Blue Power Panel starting generator

Hi,

My new generator (NL673) is almost at its place in the engine bay (boat).

It would be interesting to use the BPP to start and stop the generator by using low and high SOC.

The BPP has a relay and it works fine.

But, the NO/NC contact only operates in 'Both' and 'Panel', not in 'Relais' mode.

By using 'Both' and 'Panel', the buzzer is also active which is less nice during the night.

The buzzer can be switched of, but then all acoustic (f.i. low/high voltage) warning is gone, also when the generator is switched off.

Do I miss something? Thanks in advance,

Regards, Yep

Hi Yep,

sorry the BPP is very old and not much people have experience with it (me neither)

Most people use a GX device (Venus, Color Control) to start generator, other options are using the relays of the Multi, or BMV.
