VRM Connection error #153

Hello. We added 8 new VenusGx+GSM GX.

5 are working properly, 3 give such an error (screenshot).

SIM cards are working, they checked that the Internet is there. Firmware 2.33.

What could be the reason?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Time and date are correct.

Tryed update to v2.42 - simmilar result: Communication error #153.

Other 5 devices work with firmware v2.42 (autoupdate is on)

Did you try swapping gsm units from a working GX device to a non working to see if this changes behavior?

do you mean the GX device still get's not connection with a known working GSM unit?


you say you're on firmware 2.33, can you try 2.42?

Yes, still don't working. Tryed with firmware 2.42, the same result.

Changed SIM-cards, got new - the same result, don't working.

The ticket is closed. Problems on the provider's side with IMEI registration.
