Cooling battery box via BMV while charging

I was thinking about installing a fan on the battery box. I only want to do this if the battery is above ~98% and the battery temp is above ~30deg and batteries are charging.

I have an MPPT 100/30, BMV-712 and battery temp sensor. 3x100ah. 3x100solar.

How could I connect the battery box fan up so that it only comes on with these criteria?

And - does anyone think cooling the battery box is a silly idea here in Queensland?

Current I don't think you can have the relay trigger based on two conditions.
