BYD discharge limit

Hi,

We have a system with a 10kWh BYD (4x 2.5kWh modules) where the discharge current limit is showing as 196A on the CCGX. All the previous systems I have seen show the discharge limit as 35Ax number of modules so in this case 140A.

Has there been an update recently allowing a higher discharge rate?

Yes that's correct newer firmware is part of the reason why your seeing about 49A per battery.

Thanks, I notice the Victon Live page has been updated with this info now.

Yup, just got back around to it. I was told of the change over 6 months ago, but had been waiting until the new firmware was ubiquitous. Today was the day, and your post was the trigger :)
