The charger shows an output voltage of 14.2 v with 0 current. The battery shows 13.2 v when measured with a meter. The output cable has no inline fuse. The system worked all season but suddenly stop charging. Can the unit be opened and is it a fuse issue because I am seeing no output current. If the Bluetooth app is showing an output voltage is this measured before the fuse and output cable?
The manual shows an inline fuse in the output cable. Not the case with my unit which was purchased May 2023.
