No data on phase 3 with ET340

Dear community

my ET340 does not show the voltage and power on phase 3. The current is correct.

Data on phase 1 and phase 2 are correct.


This is my setup:

- Venus GX

- 3 MultiPlus 5000

- BMV 700

- Li-Ion Battery

- ET340 connected via ZigBee to Venus GX

- 3 MPPT Solar chargers

- No external PV inverter (e.g. Fronius)

- The system is connected in parallel to the grid


Does anyone have an idea why there is no data on phase 3?

did you measure if there is voltage present at the et340?

Dear Daniel,

Yes, I found the issue and you are right with your assumption! There was a problem with the DC power supply.

The open circuit voltage of my power supply was ok but not ok when connected to the et340. Changed the power supply and now everything is working correctly.
