@Stevev, what time is it there? Is your MPPT Smart or Blue? It sounds like it hasn't turned on to start charging your batteries yet... if it's smart you can connect via VictronConnect and see what it's doing. Maybe you have a blown fuse or a popped circuit breaker... or a loose connection... or any number of other possibilities. Really, we need allllll the detail you can possibly give us. Bottom line, if the controller isn't charging your batteries, you need to get a multimeter and start checking things. Check PV voltage at the controller terminals, check batt voltage at the controller terminals. If either of those readings are out of spec, then start working your way backward to find out where the loose connection or blown fuse is.

Or, since your controller needs to see batt voltage +>5v from your PV to turn on and start charging, maybe it's not seeing that from the PV yet... Whatever the case, you're going to have to get a multimeter and track down what's happening; the solution will present itself once you determine what's actually happening.

@Stevev, please provide the type of battery and what you're using to charge it as well as what known conditions have changed over the course of your trip if you'd like the community to assist you with troubleshooting. Battery voltage isn't country-specific, other than the obvious that if you're using solar to charge your batteries and it was sunny in the UK but it's cloudy in Spain, then your batteries won't be fully charged in Spain.
