All of a sudden I’m getting grid loss alarms which are not clearing at all. My relay is open in the MP2 to isolate and run on batteries for the whole day/night; unless grid topup is needed
The grid is available and the cerbo but the alarm is showing grid is not present?
Any idea what is happening or if this is a sign of some kind of failure in hardware?
could there be too high grid voltage on site at the moments it disconnect from grid?
Well, for the last 3 days the house hasn't been connected to the grid due to the solar gain; but it's never alarmed like this before.
However the charts are showing the main grid hasn't had any voltage spikes; but this error shows Grid Loss - when it's still there. I can open the MP2 to 'on mode' it will connect to the grid and be fine, that's the only way to get the alarm to be removed, but it will come back again.
