MPPT 100/20 Smart Solar - Bluetooth connection not working anymore

Hello,

I have a Huawei Honor 10 phone. It connected very well to the Victron Connect app. A few days it stopped connecting at 80%.

So I tried several times reconnecting in the past days but no luck.

I also did :

- app reinstallation

- unpair device on bluetooth.


But still freezes at 80% and at some point it says : Unable to connect, try to remove the device from the list and connect again. Default PIN: 000000 (which i did do)


Any advice please?

@steph, at what range are you trying to connect? I run the test bench at a Victron distributorship and have found several different conditions under which BT communication doesn't work very well unless you're seriously within a foot or two of the device (for instance, when the Victron device wants to perform a BT or FW update).
