I want to add a Multipus 12/1200/50 120V to my boat, with it's own dedicate battery, separate from the rest of the DC circuit on the boat.
That battery will be connected and charged/discharged by the Multiplus only.
The shore power ground is isolated.
Apart from the AC connection and the chassis ground of the inverter, is there something I should be aware off?
Am I correct to think of it as connecting a portable generator to the shore power inlet?
Do I also need to ground the battery negative?
