BMV fault finding

I have just relocated my shunt, with a new cable. On reconnecting my BMV700 shows no sign of life. The fuse B2 is ok.

How can I determin if the fault lies with the BMV, the cable or the shunt?

Is the display not lighting up? It is most likely the patch cable to the display, if you have checked the fuse in the positive cable and it is ok.
