Victron Smart Battery Charging

screenshot-2024-04-18-093048.pngI have (2) Victron MultiPlus 12/3000, (2) Victron MPPT 150/100 each connected to (3) 410 watt solar panels, Victrom Lynx Smart BMS, (6) Victron Smart 330AH Lithium Batteris, Cerbo GX, WakeSpeed 500, and a Victron Battery Protect 220. The documentation I have read says each battery should be charged at 150 amps and 150 * 6 = 900 amps. I realize the Lynx Smart BMS is limited to 500 amps. The Cerbo GX never shows greater then 320 amps. Is this correct? Shouldn't I be getting closer to 500 amps?

The batteries can be charged at 150A each if you have the capacity to generate that current. You list a Multiplus 12/3000, this can charge at max 120A, default setting is 90A if you have not reprogrammed the Multiplus. You have about 2400W of solar power, the most you will see out of this at 13.5V after allowing for some losses is 170A in perfect sunshine. So that leaves you alternator which you do not provide any details for. If your alternator could deliver 100A continuous then your theoretical max charging current would be 390A but you would get less than this, less than ideal solar panel placement, less than perfect solar conditions, Multiplus below max. It is rare to have grid charging plus alternator charging plus solar charging at the same time. So you seem to be about OK. The batteries can not accept more charge than you can provide.

Just noticed your screenshots, you are only getting about 50% of your solar so that will be about 85A.

AH okay, I was hopping for much faster charge rate, at this rate I am looking at running the genset 4~5 hours to recharge after 50% SOC. The alternator is rated at 250A. But would it be an issue if I did charge with Genset, Solar and alternator?

There should be no issue running multiple charge sources up to the max BMS rating of 500A, the contactor will be at its max continuous rating at that point. The normal caveats apply regarding your wiring being suitable and if you have a single system fuse it should be at least 600A so that you do not overheat it.
