Node-Red Dashboard empty

Hello Community,
I am using the Venus OS large image with Node-Red on my CerboGX device.
Node-Red itself is working, but by Node-Red Dashboard is empty.
( no error message, an empty page is loaded.

What I tried:

  • Access to Node-Red and ui tested via vrm portal and local host / IP
    ( https://venus.local:1881/UI/ ).
  • Test with different Browsers and cleared Browser Cache
  • remove/reistall the "node-red-dashboard" node.
  • multiple reboots (vith the cerbo console and deactivate / activate node Red)
  • update to the newest venus large beta Image

Is there any workaround to make my Dashboard running?

In hindsight....

Always have a back up of the flows so they can be reloaded.

Computers... And software rule #1

Unfortunately if you don't have one it is done the hard way - rebuilding it.

On the system itself, there might be info in the logfile /var/log/node-red-venus/current.

You can also check and follow the instructions on https://www.victronenergy.com/live/venus-os:large#backup_reset_to_factory_defaults to get both a backup and restore to factory defaults.

the reset scripts for node-red (Instructions link) solved my problem :-)
