Isolation Transformer 3600 ignoring jumper configuration

Hi pros,

My isolation transformer 3600 is configured for 230V input and 230V output but still delivers 115V output even though the jumpers are in the right place. This malfunction occurred suddenly after years of proper function. I checked the jumpers to verify they and the pins are in good shape. I suspect some other component is worn out. Any clues?

Possibly a winding short on the secondary? Should be straight forward enough to check with a multimeter, once you've ensured the transformer is safe to test.

Is the voltage exactly half of your input voltage or a bit higher than half?
