I was wondering if anyone had attempted to use, or if someone from Victron would have knowledge if, this KVM device could be used to more easily extend the reach of the Cerbo Touch 70 to the base Cerbo unit.

My Newmar New Air RV has a "solar prep" connection in the front overhead compartment that is a Cat5 cable that leads down to where the inverter is located which is where I will be mounting my Cerbo. Obviously it would be extremely difficult to run one new wire up to this location, let alone two. But this is the ideal location. I am willing to be the guinea pig and try this, but just in case if someone has already attempted I thought I would post here.
