Multiplus 12v Inverter Temperature light staying on

Help! Yesterday, our new MultiPlus Inverter temperature light came on. It will not allow the batteries to charge. We've done all sorts of troubleshooting with & without the vendor and cannot find a solution. Any ideas?

Please, if you want someone to try help, you have to help us by documenting your environment in detail. Otherwise it is just guesswork.
