Multiplus II in Paralel

Hello

I have two Multiplus II inverters in paralel they are both 48/5000,they are both on firmware 508 and have been configured in VE quick config with ESS assistants installed with inverter on output.

When it connects to grid it will try and charge the batteries and it pulls large current and makes which is irregular with both inverters. This is a brand new job and has been the same since it was installed. We have tried to change both inverters made no difference and also tried to change out the cerbo gx for a Venus gx as i was just trying anything.

Has anyone had a issue like this?

Please give more installation details - like a wiring diagram of the installation and the assistant setup. inc how the ac in is setup and the ac out is setup inc cable lengths

also battery cable lengths as well for each inverter.

Pictures of the install will also help

also try reducing the MAX charge current to say 20 amps and then slowly increase the charge current and see it this brings anything to light.

also look at whats happening cell voltage wise.
