48/5000 QUATTRO-II - AC INPUT is showing as AC Output

Hi,
I have had this inverter running for a year now. recently turned it off to change the battery and then firmware updated it using Victron connect... when I plugged in AC input/mains the inverter switched to Bulk charge mode but wasn't seeing any grid input on GX-touch.

But I can see AC Out putting in power to the system (its like the system is registering AC in as AC out)

- I have tried both AC IN-1 and AC IN-2 same result

- AC input current limiting is not working either
