2 parallel Victron MultiPlus

I have a

Victron MultiPlus 24/800/16-16


and i would like to buy another one identhical to make them work in parallell is it enought if I buy a rJ45 splitter and then I program the system witha USB/MK3 interface or do I still require a panel element like the

Victron Digital Multi Control 200/200A?
