yesterday I had to re-login to my VRM portal on my notebook. Unfortunately I had forgotten my password and tried too many attempts. I was still able to use the VRM portal on my smartphone and tablet. I made a password reset and set an new one. After that I was able to re-login on my smartphone and tablet with the new password and these two are working fine. Unfortunately it didn't help with the laptop. It still shows an error that I made too many attempts and should try a few minutes later. The strange thing is, those "few minutes" are about 12 hours now and it still doesn't work. I also deleted the browser data for this website, with no result.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this ?
