New install. 48/5000 multiplus ll connected to byd lvs battery bank and a 150/100 charge controller. also connected to a cerbo gx but no online monitoring yet.
working on install, load tested up to 3 kw for half an hour worked ok for this. Then a day later the inverter has gone into overtemp fault and shut down customer said there has been no load prior the fault occurring, surrounding area/ environment temp is ok about 24 degrees, and inverter is cool to touch.
talked customer on how to do a complete restart fault came back instantly on start up. Is this a part fault? or can it be fixed with a firmware update?
