EV charger does not update firmware

I received my brand new EV charger with display recently. It has connected to VRM and is visible in Cerbo GX. When I try to update the firmware from 1.21 to 1.27, error 1302 appears. In addition: the charger webpages does not offer the option to upload the firmware.

The WIFI signal is pretty strong, the Cerbo has a LAN ethernet connection.

How to solve this?

The option to upload firmware through the webpage was added in 1.23 if I remember correctly

I tried it over and over again, during several days. So if you can help me with this, I would appreciate it

Ich musste auch ein Update von 1.21 auf 1.23 durchführen. Leider gibt es bei 1.21 weder die Möglichkeit per Webinterface noch Bluetooth. Ich musste es 8-10 Mal ausprobieren, bis es endlich klappte. Ab 1.23 ist dies problemlos über das Webinterface möglich.

Ist ein Update von 1.21 nach 1.23 leichter durch zu führen?

I don't know. I only had to update 2 times from 1.21 so far and that was 2 years ago. Since then I have had at least 1.23 and I have always done it via the web interface.

However, the problem is known and persistent repetition was always the solution.

I have exactly the same issue going from 1.27 to 1.28 ...same thing - it is not network related .

De 2 weg communicatie service van de site reageert niet meer. Controleer de internet verbinding en/of probeer opnieuw

Same problem here 1.27 --> 1.29. I can't find the download file (I'm not a Victron professional) so I can't install it through the website of the EV Charger. I don't have any problems with SSID.

Same Issue Here. 1.27 >>> 1.28 however the update worked yesterday on site of my son . But here errors only on EVCS update. Cerbo GX update and MPPT updates worked perfectly

Known issue, it will be fixed in Venus OS v3.31
