mppt not showing on touch screen

I have 2 mppt.

Both show up in the App and VRM

Only one shows up no the touch screen.... How come?

I tried the ignore/forget steps with no luck. Rebooter Cerbo GX as well. Restarted GX 50... No luck

How did you connect the MPPTs to the Cerbo?
Did you tried to swap the VE.direct cables?

VE direct. I can't swap because the electrician didn't leave enough slack..

And now the Mppt is not even flashing any lights on the front...
