Habe heute meine Victron EV Station bekommen. Ist eigendlich schon die 2. beide haben das problem das der LED Ring nicht mehr geht wenn er das update auf 1.27 macht. Bei der 1 dachte ich das er kaputt ist. Ohne update 1.23 ging er komischerweise.
mach ich version 1.23 wieder drauf geht der led ring wieder allerdings fehlt da nach soc laden.
Kennt einer das problem ?

Nein, ich habe die Updates auch durch und das Problem nicht. Hast du kontrolliert dass die Helligkeit nicht auf 0 steht?

Oben hast du 1.27 geschrieben, nun hast du die 1.24.

Ich habe seit Dezember 2023 ebenfalls ein EV charging station. Bei der erst Inbetriebnahme musste ich direkt ein Update auf 1.27 machen. Das der Lichtring nicht funktioniert, ist mir vorerst garnicht aufgefallen. Als ich dann zufällig auf YouTube ein Video von der charging station gesehen habe, wurde mir erst bewusst dass bei mir etwas nicht stimmen kann. Mein lichtring flackert gelegentlich und völlig willkürlich. Sämtliche Einstellungen habe ich bereits getestet ohne Erfolg
Ich werde morgen noch Fotos hinzufügen. Ich nehme an, dass es aktuell noch keine Lösung zu dem Problem gibt?
Eine Reklamation beim Onlineshop wo ich es gekauft habe, habe ich zwischenzeitlich auch gestellt. Hier gab es aber nur die Möglichkeit die Charging Station zurück zusenden, so dass dieser das Gerät an Victron weiterleitet zur Überprüfung. Sehr aufwendig das ganze. Ich hoffe noch auf eine softwareseitige Lösung.
Ok also ist er immer aus oder ? Ja einzelne leds flackern bei mir au h hin und wieder. Da muss man aber sehr schnell gucken.
Der fehler kommt bei mir aber schon ab vetsion 1.24 habe alle Firmware Versionen durch getestet.

FW = 1.23 Led Ring Funktioniert in dieser Version gibt es wohl noch kein Bluetooth. Außerdem sind einige Einstellungen nicht vorhanden da sie wohl erst später kommen.
FW = 1.24 Led Ring Funktioniert nicht mehr Leds blinken vereinzelt in unterschiedlichen Abständen aber immer nur 1 Led. Bluetooth war hier glaub ich vorhanden. Welche Einstellungen dazu gekommen sind sollte man ja im FW Log sehen.
FW = 1.25 + 1.26 Habe ich nicht versucht. Daher keine Daten.
FW = 1.27 Led Ring Funktioniert nicht mehr Leds blinken vereinzelt in unterschiedlichen Abständen aber immer nur 1 Led. Bluetooth ist vorhanden. Einstellungen wie laden Ab 90% SOC. ist vorhanden.
Video ist schwierig da die Led nur hin und wieder mal blinkt. Eigentlich ist es eher ein aufblitzen.
Fotos sind ja verfügbar.
Mehr habe ich leider nicht. So wie es aussieht hat sich wohl zwischen 1.23 und 1.24 irgendwas geändert das die Leds bei manchen wohl nicht mehr leuchten.
Anbieten könnte ich noch das sie eine Wallbox mit 1.27 updaten. Wenn der Led ring gehen können Sie mir diese Box gerne schicken. und ich sende meine zurück zur Analyse.

Leider Funktioniert der LED Ring nicht bzw blinkt nur in zufälligen Mustern.
Ebenso funktioniert der LED Ring test nicht. ( siehe Video: https://youtu.be/GHospDwjFr8 )
Die Firmware ist up2date: v1.27/4.4 , Alle Stecker in der Ladestation zum LED Ring wurden kontrolliert und sehen unbeschädigt aus.
Montageort, Typenschild sowie Rechnung sind im Anhang.

Soft + Hardreset (mit DEF Button) wurden bereits durchgeführt.

LED ring geht jetzt. Habt ihr immer mal probleme das das Display nicht mehr geht oder einfriert ?
Teilweise manche sachen nicht zu sehen sind. Oder überlagert werden ?

Touchscreen reagiert nicht und am display fehlt die hälfte oder ist überlagert. Neu start bringt nix. Sehr Schade.
You have that beta for fixing the LED ring, but it's still a beta. So it can have some bugs.
Can you tell me what is the screen brightness level?
Then, can you increase it to 100% and tell me if that's fixing the issue?
We found something that seems to be brightness related, but I need your confirmation.
If that's a big issue, restore the firmware to 1.27 until we have a fix for the screen.

Habe mal 1.26 drauf gemacht da geht das display. Ohne probleme.
Was mir noch aufgefallen ist bei 1.27 und 1.28 geht das display gar nicht in ruhezustand.
bei 1.26 kommt nach 1 min die ladeübersicht. Bei 27 und 28 nicht.
Ich brauche dann 1.26 mit led treiber von 1.28 beta. dann geht alles

Ich habe gestern meinen neuen EV Charger installiert, Firmware 1.23. Die LEDs haben funktioniert. Heute habe ich die Firmware 1.27 installiert, seitdem ebenfalls Ausfall der LEDs.

Hello Lucian, as I have already written elsewhere in this thread, I installed version 1.28 and also had problems with the display. Either it got stuck in startup mode, or there were overlays/freezing of the screen. I read your comment to the power consumption of the display and once reduced the brightness to 80%. This seems to be working now. No more problems for several days. Could it be possible that this is the solution?
Zurück auf 1.23 geht musst aber die fw von https://professional.victronenergy.com/accounts/login/?next=/ runterladen. Die Version 1.23 zeigt aber ungenaue werte an. Und viele Sachen fehlen in der 1.23. Von victron bekommst du sicher die 1.28 beta da geht der ring wieder. Ob bei dir das display dann spinnt ka.
So bei mir geht jetzt wohl alles.
Zusammenfassung
LED ring da gab es wohl Probleme mit dem led treiber ist in 1.28 dann gelöst.
Das Display problem hat wohl mit der Helligkeitsdimmung zu tun 1.26 hatte 100%
Ab 1.27 sind 100% = 75% also reduziert. Da gibt es wohl Übertragungsprobleme.
Sonst ist alles ok mit der Box. Da war die erste wohl nicht kaputt.

Bei mir funktioniert der LED Ring seit dem FW Update auf 1.27 auch nicht mehr... Wann kommt 1.28?

we installed yesterday the same EV charging station, over the Cerbo GX we updated the firmware to 1.27, now also the Light ring dont works, but the bigger problem is that the Display is frozen, when i reboot the Chargeing Station it works and after a short time i cant select anything in the Display, the backlight is still on all the time and it shows the last State after the reboot, over the Webinterface and the cerbo gx it works all fine and i can change settings (connected over WIFI), the same when i use the Handy App over bluetooth.
Is this also an Firmware buck?
At the moment the main problem is the frozen Display, it dont goes to the idle State but it is all the time. Is there a workaround for this problem, change the hardware? The Chargeing Station is 2 days old.

Bei meiner frisch installierten Wallbox tritt exakt das gleiche Phänomen auf. Soft- und Hardwarestände sind bei meiner Box identisch. Jedoch funktioniert der LED-Ring- Für mich ärgerlicher ist aber die Display-Geschichte. Meins bleibt hauptsächlich im "loading" Zustand stecken. Ich hoffe hier tut sich bald was.

Bei fw 1.26 geht das display. Led ring nicht. Aber disolay wenigstens.
Hallo. Die Wallbox ist heute durch einen Stromausfall ausgegangen. Beim Wieder einschalten waren die einstellungen alle weg ( Werkseinstellungen ) . Also wieder alles neu eingegeben. LED ring geht aber das Display spinnt wieder es fehlt die hälfte. Firmeware ist 1.28 beta noch drauf.
Die neue Firmware 1.28 ist verfügbar. Hab sie gleich installiert, weil ich inzwischen ebenfalls Probleme mit der Displaydarstellung hatte. Das Display scheint ok, der Farbring ist wieder da. Nun mal die nächsten Tage beobachten.

Ich habe das Display-Problem nach wie vor. Scheint so, als ob es die ganze Zeit immer wieder neu startet. Hintergundbeleuchtung geht permanent an/aus,... LED-Ring ohne Auffälligkeiten soweit.

I restarted by victron connect app. No effect. If I restart by turning off power, It went through to standby screen for about 1 or 2 seconds. Afterwards the display falls back in loading sequence
Both. It says loading, the dots are moving, then the display turns off and restarts, ending up in loading,... Again and again.
Bei mir genauso led ring geht. Web auch. Aber display friert ein mit 50% Helligkeit und geht auch nicht in idel Modus. Firmware aktuell 1.28.

My problem is that the display isnt useable, the most time ist shows only some parts of the informations, some times i see only the start screen, sometimes the display goes on and off. The screen is not operabel, you cant select any on it, it is freeze.

War im Januar und Februar die Probleme sind aber identisch.
Habe leider den gleichen Display Fehler. Display friert unmittelbar nach dem Start ein. Laden und Weboberfläche funktionieren. FW 1.28, HW 4.4
Wir haben die Wallbox neu und bis jetzt ist das Erlebnis ernüchternd.

Ok, I was expecting that. I can explain what is happening. There are some LCD screens that consumes more than they should (up to 60% more). And the mosfet that drives the LCD can be overloaded, restarting the screen over and over. Most probably on your unit, it is very close to the limit, and when there are temperature variations, it can behave differently.
So, please contact the seller and ask them to replace it under warranty. I would like to receive the old unit for testing. If my help is needed for replacing the unit, you can contact me.
Hallo! ich hatte auch die Probleme einiger anderer user mit der Version 1.27. Kein LED Ring und Störung des Displays. Nach update auf 1.28 funktioniert der LED Ring, aber das Display friert ein. Nun habe ich das active backlight auf 60% gesetzt und edle backlicht auf 10% und siehe da: Es funktioniert!! Es dimmt ab nach 120sec., geht in den Ruhezustand und nach antippen ist es da. Auch lässt sich jetzt alles am Display einstellen. Liebe Grüße an die Community
