BMS CL 12/100 vs Orion XS or Orion Tr

Now I have ordered the batteries and installed the Phoenix charger fellow sailors are questioning the choice for the Smart BMS CL 12/100 in my setup.

They mention that the BMS is not providing the right output voltage (14,2v) during charging by the alternator. And a setup with an Orion would resolve this.

The batteries will of course mainly being charged by the Phoenix on shore power and the alternator BMS set up is in my opinion only for backup.

Any thoughts on this issue if it is even an issue on the output voltage of the BMS?

14.2v is the correct charging voltage for the Victron Smart component lithium batteries that the BMS is designed for, so there is no issue.
