Lynx smart bms

We have a lynx smart bms with a distributor on the load side, multiplus and 2 smart Solar mppts under external control with a cerbo gx. All set up with dvcc . When the lynx is turned off the solar chargers loose external control and put power to the distribution side of the shunt and the Multiplus powers up briefly and then turns back off under low voltage Ithe Multiplus is connected via ve bus and only has a lithium profile Is this normal or am I missing a setting. Thanks Grant

When you turn off the BMS the battery is disconnected. The multi can not be powered by solar alone.

Does your system work normally with the BMS on?

Hi, yes system works perfectly when switched on, it’s only when turned off the solar produces enough power to let the Multiplus try and turn on . The solar controllers are in bulk mode and charging up the Multiplus enough for it to turn on for a second and back off under low voltage.

Unlike a system with a ve bms where the multi is programmed with a bms assistant, the system with a lynx bms basically only turns the Multiplus off under low voltage when the contact is opened

Thanks Grant

Does the Cerbo stay powered on when the BMS shuts down.
