Can't setup Two-Factor on VRM

I have a brand-new VRM Account. I am trying to configure TFA for the first time.

1. My Account is currently Password Only.

2. I click 'Make Changes'.

3. I am prompted for my password.

I get an error: "This two factor verification code is invalid or has already been used".


How do I enable TFA on VRM?
