Phoenix Smart IP43 - is it universal input?

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out if the Phoenix Smart IP43 12/50 is universal input. The Victron website puts "univesral input" in the description of Centaur, Phoenix (not the Phoenix Smart), and Skylla chargers but NOT on the Phoenix Smart IP43. The datasheet for the Phoenix Smart 120-240v shows a voltage range of 85-250V and frequency of 45-65Hz which sounds like universal input to me but they also have a spec sheet for a 230v version with the same frequency range and a larger voltage range. I'm just looking for a charger that can plug in to European 230v or US 110v and still work. My apologies if that has been answered but i couldnt find that addressed in any of the previous questions.

Thanks

Rich

if you look on the top of the unit it says what its input is, there are two versions a 220 only one and a 120-220 version as well, example below
