Grounding Multiplus II chassis: separate wire? Is AC-IN ground connected to chassis?

What is the standard method of grounding the Victron II chassis in a grid attached system? Is the AC-IN ground connected to the chassis already? Am using 6/3 Romex for AC-IN per Victron manual. Battery cables are 2/0. Thanks in advance.

All the grounds in the inverter are bonded together already. I just used 1 to ground the system.
